Argao Guilang Tableya Original Sikwate Recipe
2 to 4 medium size Guilang Tableya and 1 tablespoon of raw or brown sugar for every 3/4 cup of water.
Bring water & sugar to boil. Drop tableya. Turn off the flame as soon as foam is about to overflow. Stir well. Turn on the flame when foam subsides and bring it to second boiling. Simmer for few minutes. Serve hot.
