Ang saya ko kasi nag.order ako tapos kinabukasan dumating na…one day lang..tapos nadoble ung order ko, ang saya ko kasi minabuti nilang iclarify ung double paid na order ko at tinext talaga ako baka kasi nagkamali ako which is true nagkamali talaga ako at nirefund naman. Tapos napapakiusapan pang lagyan ng note yung order ko oara dun sa papadalhan..super saya ko.

This is my second order,

This is my second order, not very happy. I ordered the butterfly cake , birthday cake for my niece and I received the Red Ribbon Cake. Red Ribbon is 650 and the cake I ordered is 1000.
Item is not as described! I should at least get refunded on the difference but nobody contacted me and letting me know that they are out of stock and cannot send the cake I wanted! Instead sending me a different cake and the cheaper version of what I ordered! Very sad!

1st Order I’m happy, second order very disappointed! Poor customer service!

Hello Ma’am, we saw your not-happy testimonial about the cake. We actually sent an email last June14 informing you that the Butterfly Design Cake needs to be ordered at least 1week in advance and our option is to replace it with the Chocolate Dedication Cake. The price difference will be given to the recipient. Since, we did not receive your reply, we also called your recipient and they agreed to that.

In our email to you, I stated that the price difference will be given to your recipient. However, we decided this afternoon that the price difference will be refunded to you in a form of a Coupon Code which you can use on your next order.

Kindly also see the attached file for the screenshot of our previous email. I don’t know yet why you did not receive it, perhaps it’s in your spam folder or somewhere else.

Very happy! I ordered midnight and less than 24 hours my grocery was delivered. Very happy, as the vegetables were fresh and the meat were fresh as well. Guapa kaayo ang mga utanon ug ang mga karne fresh sad kaayo and well selected!
Very happy that I can send grocery home even if I’m overseas!

Disappointed..

My fiancee ordered me groceries many times in your store and we became a regular customer on this online store of yours and you always deliver us on time but last month we ordered again and yet you cannot send us because of the payment processor issue..We understand your concerns about it but why you cannot find ways how to make us felt that we are just waiting for nothing?..All that stuffs he ordered for my us, was really needed and we waited for 4 days to come and yet waiting is useless..I hope you still post this in your testimonial even it is not a good issue for your online store.I just want to express what I felt the last time we ordered to you.I hope your payment processor will be fix soon..Thanks..
